Plan the day you actually have.

Sunlet is a task planner with natural-language quick add, time blocking on a daily timeline and an AI planning assistant. Here's everything it does.

Free plan. No credit card required.

Quick add with natural-language dates

Type a task the way you'd say it. Sunlet picks out the date, time and duration, and anything unscheduled waits in your Inbox.

  • One Inbox

Everything unsorted lands in one place until you decide where it belongs.

  • Natural-language dates

Type “tomorrow at 6 pm for 30 min” and Sunlet sets the date, time and duration.

  • Works in 14 languages

Recognized phrases are highlighted as you type, so you can check them.

  • Pickers when you prefer them

Date, time and duration controls are always one click away.

  • Capture from any app

On your computer, a small capture window opens with a shortcut you choose.

  • Sort the Inbox fast

Send a task to Today or Tomorrow with one click, or press T or M.

Time blocking for your day and your week

Your list holds everything. Your day can't. Give tasks a length, see how much time is left, and place them where they fit.

  • Today

Only the work you chose for today, with how much time it adds up to.

  • A timeline beside your list

Place tasks on the day's timeline and see the free time between them.

  • Week view

See the week as columns. Drag tasks between days, or resize a block when plans change.

  • Time estimates

Give each task a duration and Sunlet totals what you've planned.

  • Deadlines and priority

Keep the day you'll do something separate from when it's due, and flag what matters.

  • Overdue, handled

Missed tasks wait at the top of Today until you move them, one by one or all at once.

Projects, tags and subtasks

Keep related work in colored lists, tag what cuts across them, and break big tasks into small steps you can check off.

  • Colored lists

Group work into lists for projects or areas of life.

  • Tags

Connect related tasks across lists and filter by them.

  • Subtasks

Break a big task into small steps you can check off.

  • Notes

Keep context and instructions on every task and subtask.

  • Search everything

Find titles, notes, lists and tags, including completed work.

  • Archive when it's done

Archive a finished list and restore it whenever you need it again.

An AI planning assistant

Ask about your tasks in plain words. When the day changes, the Assistant proposes a new plan and nothing moves until you confirm.

  • Ask about your tasks

“What's due this week?” Get answers about your own plan.

  • Plan today

Say how much time you have and get a plan that fits it.

  • Adjust my day

Describe what changed in one sentence. The Assistant proposes what to move.

  • Sort my Inbox

Get suggested days and lists for everything waiting in your Inbox.
