What Claude can do in Sunlet

Tasks it saves show up in Sunlet on the web, your computer and your phone. Each reply says what was saved or changed, before and after, and how to undo it.

  • Save next steps

Up to 10 tasks save at once, with days, times and estimates. Larger batches, up to 20, are shown to you before they're saved.

  • See today's plan

Open tasks for your local day, the estimated total, overdue work and how many tasks still have no estimate.

  • Find tasks

By words, day or date range, list, tag, or whether they're done.

  • Move and edit

Change a day, time or detail. Anything you don't mention, like the deadline, stays as it is.

  • Finish tasks

Mark tasks done. A repeating task gets its next occurrence, just as in the app.

  • Undo any change

Every change can be undone, on every plan. If you've edited the task since, Sunlet says so instead of overwriting it.

Things to ask Claude

  • “Save the next steps from this conversation in Sunlet.”
  • “What's on my plan today in Sunlet?”
  • “Help me plan tomorrow in Sunlet.”
  • “Find my Sunlet tasks about the launch.”
  • “Move “Prepare quarterly report” to tomorrow.”
  • “Mark “Water the plants” as done in Sunlet.”

You stay in control

Claude only gets in after you sign in to Sunlet and press Allow, and only to your tasks.

  • The task details your assistant reads go to its provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, and are handled under that provider's privacy policy.
  • Sunlet keeps which apps you connected, when, the permissions you allowed and a record of each change so you can undo it. It never receives your conversations.
  • Disconnect any time in Settings → Connected apps. Access stops at once; your past chats stay with the assistant.
  • It can't delete tasks, create, rename or archive lists, or see a calendar. Sunlet has no calendar connection yet, so it won't claim you have free time.

Free on every plan

Every connector feature works on every Sunlet plan, including Free. Claude does the thinking, so it doesn't use your Sunlet Assistant requests or Week planner moves. Your plan's usual limits still apply: on Free, that's 3 active lists and 100 open tasks.

Claude can write a list in a chat, but it doesn't keep one you can check off tomorrow. Connected to Sunlet, the tasks it saves stay in your Sunlet planner on the web, your computer and your phone.

Does it work in Claude Code?

Yes. Add the server with one command, then type /mcp in Claude Code to sign in.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Every feature works on Sunlet's Free plan, and your plan's usual limits still apply: Free has 3 active lists and 100 open tasks.

Can Claude delete my tasks?

No. It can save, find, move, edit and complete tasks, and undo its own changes. Deleting tasks and changing lists stay in the Sunlet app.

What does Claude see?

Only what it asks Sunlet for while you chat: tasks, lists and today's plan. Sunlet never receives your conversations, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected apps.
